0. 코로나 19 방역 지침에 대한 규정

코리아발보아위크앤드는 한국 정부의 코로나 19 방역 지침을 준수하며, 모든 참가자는 동일한 방역 지침을 준수해야 한다. 

​

1. 워크삽 패스 구매 및 취소/양도에 대한 규정 

 

1-1. Korea Balboa의 모든 행사 패스는 분리되어 별도 판매되거나 권리 행사될 수 없다.

​

예를 들어, 금요일 파티, 토요일/일요일 워크삽과 파티로 구성된 풀위크앤드패스의 경우 구매자가 각 요일 별로 사용자를 달리해서 제3자에게 판매 될 수 없다. 이때, 공동 사용를 전제로 판매된 패스의 경우에는 예외로 인정된다.

1.2. 취소 및 양도 규정은 무엇인가요?

​

• 6월 30일까지 취소 및 환불 가능하다. 이후 1회에 한해 동일 금액으로, 내년으로 패스의 사용을 미룰 수 있다.이때 패스의 사용을 미루는 자는 행사 시작전 14일 전에 오거나이져에게 신청해야 하며 다음해 얼리버드 패스 금액을 기준으로 추가금을 내거나 금액이 같을 경우 동일 패스 수강이 가능하다.

• 각 구매된 패스는 판매 시 부여된 동일 조건 하에 양도가 가능하며, 동일 조건이 아닐 때 구매 당시의 패스 가격에 따라 양도자에게 추가 금액이 요청된다. 예를 들어, 루키 패스의 경우, 루키 대상자가 아닌 사람에게 양도될 때 차액 만큼 추가금을 요구될 수 있음.

• 이때 리더는 리더에게 팔로워는 팔로워에게 자유롭게 양도할 수 있다.

2. 대회 규정 
 

2-1. 대회 신청 방법 

​

• 코리아발보아챔피언쉽의 모든 대회는 컴피티션 패스 이상 신청가능 하다. (https://www.koreabalboa.com/competition)

• 코리아발보아챔피언쉽에 참여를 원하는 참가자들은 대회 신청 전 행사에 참석할 수 있는 각각의 패스를 먼저 신청해야 한다. 

​

• 모든 대회 신청은 선착순 마감된다. 별도의 공지가 없는 한, 대회는 행사 시작 3일 전에 종료된다. 

​

2-2. 대회 입상자 타이틀 표기에 대한 지침 

​

• 코리아발보아챔피언쉽(Korea Balboa Championship)은 아시아에서 가장 오래된 클래식 발보아 대회이며 그동안 수많은 입상자를 배출해서 발보아 저변에 기여하고 있다. 발보아 댄서들의 재능을 빛내는 대회이자 자랑스러운 이력으로서의 오래된 권위를 가지고 있다고 자부한다. 

 

• 코리아발보아챔피언쉽 입상자들의 이력 표기에 쓰이는 타이틀은 https://www.koreabalboa.com/balboa-championship 과 동일하게 쓰는 것을 권장한다. 특히 파이널이 없었던 대회 및 입상하지 못한 추천 참가자의 경우, 이력에 3위 이하인 경우에만 표기하는 것을 권장한다. 각 대회의 상세 기록은 대회 주최측이 보유하고 있으며 이견이 있을시 대회 주최측에서 의견을 제시할 수 있다.

0.Korea Balboa Weekend follow Korean government guide line of COVID-19. All attendees of KBW2023 shall follow too.

1. What are the cancellation and transfer policy?
 

• Korea Balboa Weekend is the swing dance event held with dancers' voluntary passion. In case of most swing dance events, they can not accept the cancel or refund after you apply.

 

• However, leader to leader and follower to follower can freely transfer each other, and if not, they can postpone the use of Workshop PASS purchased in the following year only. It can be taken in the same pass including as possible as it can. If there is any price gap, it might ask the additionally. You must notify the Organizer 14 days before the first day of the event.

 

 

1-2 All event passes of Korea Balboa cannot be sold separately or used separately. 

 

. For example, in the case of the full weekend pass, which consists of Friday Party, Saturday, and Sunday workshops and parties, the buyer cannot be sold separately for each day to others. Exceptions accept for passes sold on the premise of joint use by the organizer. 

 

 

 

2-1. Can I add a competition application later?
 

After that, the competition registration can make if there is still a spot. However, if all spots are full, it may not be possible to apply.

2-2. Guidelines for title marking of contestants

 

The Korea Balboa Championship is the oldest Classic Balboa competition Korea, even Asia and has contributed to the spread of Balboa through numerous winners. Balboa Championship is proud of using their authority to be highlighted the talents of Balboa dancers. We highly recommend that all winners use the same title as the one used in the history of the Korea Balboa Championship winners, as in https://www.koreabalboa.com/balboa-championship. Notably, in the case of the contest where there is no final round and the nominated contestants who are not winning, it is recommended to write on only if it is less than 3rd place. Korea Balboa holds detailed information on each competition. 

 

 

 

 

3. How do I apply for an instructor private class? (Not applicable)

The private class is a private lesson that is held individually by the instructor and the student in addition to the workshop. At all events hosted by Korea Balboa, the private lesson linked to the event pass sales situation. The private lesson opening is authorized by the event organizer Korea Balboa, and the instructor makes the final decision according to the own schedule and details. We want to act as an interpreter between the instructor and the student, and we strongly recommend that you contact the organizer Korea Balboa to inquire about the private class. As for most of the swing events in Korea, the private lesson applies only to the person who buys the full weekend pass.
