이벤트 이용 약관
코리아발보아 행사의 참여할 수 있는 모든 종류의 패스를 구매하는 것은 아래의 내용에 동의한 것을 의미합니다.
이하,
댄스 이벤트 참가자로서,
● 이벤트 참가자는 행사 기간 중 강습과 파티에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 알고 있으며 충분히 스스로를 보호하기 위한 노력을 합니다. 개인적 행위와 관련해서 발생하는 모든 상황에 대한 책임은 참가자에게 있습니다.
● 이벤트 참가자는 행사 기간 중, 본인과 모든 참가자의 건강과 안녕을 위해, 개인 위생에 최선을 다하고 다른 참가자에게 영향을 미칠 수 있는 건강 상의 문제가 생긴 경우 주최측에 우선적으로 알려야 합니다. 그렇지 않은 경우 발생할 수 있는 일과 책임은 참가자에게 있습니다.
● 이벤트 참가자는 어떤 형태로든 이벤트 참가자에 대한 괴롭힘이나 폭행을 하지 않습니다. 이러한 규칙을 위반하는 참가자는 주최자의 재량에 따라 환불 없이 제재를 받거나 이벤트에서 제외될 수 있습니다. 괴롭힘 행위를 중단하도록 요청받은 참가자는 즉시 준수해야 합니다. 참가자가 괴롭히는 행위에 가담하는 경우 주최측의 운영진은 위반자에게 경고하거나 환불 없이 이벤트에서 퇴장시키는 등 적절하다고 판단되는 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
● 강습 중이나 파티에서 다른 댄서에게 청하지 않은 조언을 하지 마십시오.
● 행사 스텝을 존중하고 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 그들의 지시를 따라주세요. 이들 개인의 호의 없이는 원활하게 진행되는 행사가 불가능합니다.
사진과 영상 정책
● 행사에 등록함으로써 본인은 강습 및 파티 때 사진 작가 또는 비디오 작가가 촬영하는 데 동의합니다.
● 행사 때 촬영된 사진 또는 영상은 주최측에 의해 공식 웹사이트와 유튜브에 업로드 되며 소유권은 주취측에 있습니다. 특히 대회 영상의 경우 단순 요청에 의해 임의 삭제될 수 없습니다. 단, 사진의 경우, 합당한 이유가 있는 경우 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
● 강습 중, 강사의 허락 없이 수업 중 동영상을 녹화하거나 사진을 찍지 않는 데 동의합니다. 그들의 허락이 있더라도 행사에 참석하지 않은 사람들과 영상으로 수업 내용을 공유하지 않는 데 동의합니다. 이 이벤트에 등록함으로써 본인은 소셜 미디어 플랫폼에 수업 자료를 업로드하거나 공유하지 않는 데 동의합니다. 촬영된 강습 서머리의 소유권은 주최측과 강사에게 있으며 강습생과 공유됩니다.
● 위의 내용을 준수하지 않는 경우 이벤트에서 제외될 수 있음에 동의합니다. 등록 데스크에서 신청을 완료하는 것은 이용 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 코리아발보아위크앤드는 통지 없이 언제든지 이러한 이용 약관을 업데이트할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 질문은 balboazin@gmail.com으로 보내주십시오.
워크삽 패스 구매 및 취소/양도에 대한 규정
● Korea Balboa의 모든 행사 패스는 분리되어 별도 판매되거나 권리 행사될 수 없습니다.
예를 들어, 금요일 파티, 토요일/일요일 워크삽과 파티로 구성된 풀위크앤드패스의 경우 구매자가 각 요일 별로 사용자를 달리해서 제3자에게 판매 될 수 없음. 이때, 공동 사용를 전제로 판매된 패스의 경우에는 예외로 인정됨
● 코리아발보아위크앤드2023에서 구매된 모든 패스는 2023년 6월 30일까지 취소 및 환불 가능하다. 이후 1회에 한해 동일 금액으로, 내년으로 패스의 사용을 미룰 수 있습니다.이때 패스의 사용을 미루는 자는 행사 시작 전 14일 전 주최측에 신청해야 하며 다음해 얼리버드 패스 금액을 기준으로 추가금을 내거나 금액이 같을 경우 동일 패스 수강이 가능합니다.

각 구매된 패스는 판매 시 부여된 동일 조건 하에 양도가 가능하며, 동일 조건이 아닐 때 구매 당시의 패스 가격에 따라 양도자에게 추가 금액이 요청된다. 예를 들어, 루키 패스의 경우, 루키 대상자가 아닌 사람에게 양도될 때 차액 만큼 추가금을 요구될 수 있음.

By registration of Korea Balboa event, the participants agree to the following.

As a dance event participant,
● Event participants recognize the dancing with a partner and taking classes are physical activity, and make every effort to protect themselves. Participants are responsible for all situations that happen in relation to personal conduct.
● Event participants must take a responsibility to do their personal hygiene during the event, for the health and well-being of themselves and all participants, and notify the organizers of any health problems that may affect other participants. Otherwise, the participant is responsible for what may happen.
● Korea Balboa is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable Swing Dance. We do not tolerate harassment or assault of event participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the Event.
● Please do not offer unsolicited advice to fellow dancers either in class or on the social dance floor.
● Please be respectful to event staff, even if you are experiencing a personal frustration. Without the goodwill of these individuals, a smoothly functioning event is impossible.
Photography and Video Policy
● By registering for the event, I agree to be filmed by a photographer or videographer during classes and parties.
● The photos or videos taken during the event are uploaded to the official website and YouTube by the event, and the ownership belongs to the event. In particular, in the case of competition videos, they cannot be arbitrarily deleted by simple request. In the case of photos, you may request deletion if there is a valid reason.
● During class, the participants agree not to record video or take pictures during class without permission from the instructor. Even with their permission, the participants agree not to share the class video with people who were not attending the event. By registering for this event, the participants agree not to upload or share class materials on social media platforms. The ownership of filmed lesson summaries remains with the event and instructors and is shared with the participants.
● If you do not comply with the above, you agree that you may be excluded from the event. By completing the application at the registration desk, you agree to the terms and conditions. Registration, Cancel and Transfer of EVENT PASS
● All event passes of Korea Balboa cannot be sold separately.
● All passes purchased at Korea Balboa Weekend 2023 can be canceled and refunded until June 30, 2023. After that, the participants can postpone the use of the pass to the next year for the same amount only once. At this time, those who postpone the use of the pass must apply to the organizer 14 days before the start of the event, and pay an additional fee based on the amount of the early bird pass for the following year. If this is the same, you can take the same pass.
Each purchased pass is transferable under the same conditions granted at the time of sale, and if the same conditions are not the same, an additional amount will be requested from the transfer according to the pass price at the time of purchase. For example, in the case of a rookie pass, an additional fee may be requested as much as the difference when it is transferred to a person who is not a rookie.
At this time, the leader can transfer the leader and the follower to the follower.
