초급부터 초중급까지, 발보아 기본부터 소셜에 필요한 응용까지

강습생들은 발보아 베이직 스텝, 아웃앤인, 스로우아웃, 롤리 등을 알고 있다.

Beginner to Intermediate, Basic to an application for social dancing

The student knows Balboa Basic Steps, Out & In, Throw Out, Lollies

Bal Track B

초중급부터 중급까지, 발보아 고급 테크닉과 뮤지컬리티

발보아 경력 1년반 이상으로 정기강습을 꾸준히 듣고 있으며 대회에 참가한 경험이 있다.

Intermediate to Advanced, Balboa advanced the technic and musicality

Balboa experience over 1.5 years and taking lessons on a regular basis and take part in the competition

Solo Balboa Track

애나 헬레네와 함께하는 리더/ 팔로워 모두를 위한 솔로 발보아 클래스로 어드밴스드로 넘어가기 위한 발보아 댄서들의 기본 바디 테크닉과 스텝, 셔플을 집중해서 배우고 익힌다. 특히 애나 헬레나는 평생에 걸쳐 재즈, 발레 등을 익혔다.

3hrs Solo balboa track by Anne-Helene Cavasa for both leader and follower. To be advanced Balboa dancers, body technics are essential including steps, suffles, and flicks.

Solo Balboa Track by Anne-Helene Cavasa

애나 헬레네의 솔로 발보아 트랙(Saturday)

** 솔로 발보아 트랙은 리더와 팔로워 모두를 대상으로 합니다.

1교시 셔플의 예술

퓨어발보아 테크닉, 셔플 테크닉과 그리고 다양한 리듬

2교시 로테이션과 스핀

발보아에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있는 발레, 재즈와 탱고의 로테이션과 스핀

3교시 플릭의 예술

초중급/ 중급 이상의 댄서를 대상으로 개별 리듬에 몇가지 재미난 것들을 섞어요.

플릭은 뭘까요? 리듬 연습, 퓨어발보아나 아웃앤이나 롤리같은 발보아의 기본 동작에서 플릭을 어디에 넣을까요?

4교시 플릭의 예술2(일요일 4교시)

3교시에 이어 중고급 댄서들을 위한 플릭2 클래스로서 플릭을 본격적으로 발보아 동작에 응용한다.
