COMPETITION GENERAL

대회 규칙 공통

올해 코리아발보아챔피언쉽은 온라인과 오프라인 대회로 특별 버전으로 진행한다.
대회의 심사는, 해외의 심사위원이 온라인으로 대회 참가자 영상을 보고 점수를 주고 순위를 확정한다.
온라인 대회의 경우, 파이널라운드로서 진행되며, 참가에 특별한 자격이 요구되지 않고 모든 발보아 댄서가 참여가능하다.
오프라인 대회의 경우, COVID-19 상황에 따른 정부의 '사회적 거리두기' 지침에 따라 진행여부가 최종 결정될 수 있다.
오프라인 대회의 진행과 별개로 온라인 대회는 진행된다.

아마추어 댄서는 KBW를 포함한 국제 규모의 행사의 어드밴스드 혹은 오픈 레벨에서 3위 안에 입상한 경험이 없는 댄서를 의미하며, 프로는 경력 3년 이상의 발보아 댄서로서 발보아 강사 경력이 있거나 구제 규모의 행사에서 3위 안에 입상한 경험이 있는 댄서를 의미한다. 그외 모호한 기준에 대해서는 주최측에 문의.

Korea Balboa Championship2020 will be held as a special version, each online and offline.
KBW will send all competition videos to overseas judges and then, they will score all competitors' videos.
Online competitions held as the final round, all Asia Balboa dancers are welcome.
The offline competitions and parties will proceed according to the government's' social distancing' guidelines of the COVID-19.
Online competitions will hold regardless of offline competitions and parties.
Overseas dancers' awards such as trophies, medals will deliver by airmail on the charge of KBW.

Amateur means the dancers who have not been ranked in over the 3rd place at the advanced or open level at international events including KBW. Professionals are swing dance instructors with more than 3 years or Balboa instructors who teaching their own balboa class on a regualr basis or dancers ranked in over the 3rd place at international balboa events. On-line COMPETITION

BALBOA OPEN STRICTLY 오픈 스트릭틀리

클래식 발보아 대회로서, 에어리얼, 재즈루틴, 린디합 등은 선호되지 않는다. 파트너와 함께 신청하며, 특별한 자격 제한이 없다.

대회 음악은 사전 발표된 KBW 리스트 안에서 선택하며 1분30초에서 40초 사이의 영상을 기한 내에 제출한다.

대회비 50,000원
1등 상패와 상금 100,000원, 2등, 3등 메달

BALBOA OPEN STRICTLY

As classic Balboa competition, aerial, jazz routine, shag is not preferable in the judging. There isn't any other qualification. Register with partners.

Music shall be selected in the pre-suggested music list of KBW. 1min 30sec to 40sec video.

Competition fee: 50 USD
1st Place prize, trophies, 100USD, 2nd, and 3rd medals

PRO-AM STRICTLY 프로-아마추어 스트릭틀리

클래식 발보아 대회로서, 에어리얼, 재즈루틴, 린디합 등은 선호되지 않은다. 파트너와 함께 신청하며, 기준에 맞는 프로와 아마추어 댄서가 커플로서 신청한다. 각각 다른 파트너와 최대 2번까지 참가 가능하다.

대회 음악은 사전 발표된 KBW 리스트 안에서 선택하며 1분30초에서 40초 사이의 영상을 기한 내에 제출한다.

대회비 50,000원
1등 상패와 상금 100,000원 2등, 3등 메달

PRO-AMATEUR STRICTLY

As classic Balboa competition, aerial, jazz routine, shag is not preferable in the judging. Pro dancer and Amateur dancer participate as partners. (Check Pro and Amateur qualification). Each dancer can compete for max two times with different partners.

Music shall be selected in the pre-suggested music list of KBW. 1min 30sec to 40sec video.

Competition fee: 50 USD
1st Place prize, trophies, 100USD, 2nd, and 3rd medals

AMATEUR STRICTLY 아마추어 스트릭틀리

클래식 발보아 대회로서, 에어리얼, 재즈루틴, 린디합 등은 선호되지 않은다. 파트너와 함께 신청하며, 기준에 맞는 아마추어만 참가가능하다.

대회 음악은 사전 발표된 KBW 리스트 안에서 선택하며 1분30초에서 40초 사이의 영상을 기한 내에 제출한다.

AMATEUR STRICTLY

As classic Balboa competition, aerial, jazz routine, shag is not preferable in the judging. Only amateur dancers can participate with partners.

BalSWING ShowCASE 발스윙 쇼케이스

최소 1커플 이상이 1분 30초에서 최대 2분까지의 안무로 대회에 참가하는 팀 쇼케이스이다. 전체 안무 구성 비율에서, 발보아 60% 이상(슬로우 발보아 가능)을 유지하며, 그외 에어스텝, 재즈루틴, 쉐그 등을 자유롭게 섞을 수 있다.

음악은 참가자가 스윙재즈 범위 안에서 자유롭게 고른다.

대회비 커플 5 만원, 이후 커플당 3만원 최대 15만원
부 상 1등 상패와 10 만원, 2,3등 전원 메달

Bal-Swing ShowCASE

As team performance comp, at least one couple register at least. Routine performance from 1.5 min to 2min.

In the routine, balboa shall include over 60% and at the rest of it, the competitors put anything like Shag, Aerial, Jazz routine in the area of Swing Dance.

Music can be chosen by competitors.

Competition fee: 50 USD for one couple and then 30 USD per couple.
1st Place trophies and cash 100 USD and 2nd, 3rd medals for all participants.

Off-line COMPETITION

BALBOA OPEN MIX&MATCH 발보아 오픈 믹스&매치

클래식 발보아 대회로서, 에어리얼, 재즈루틴, 린디합 등은 선호되지 않은다. 믹스앤매치로 싱글로 신청하며, 특별한 자격 제한이 없다.

1등 상패와 상금 100,000원, 2등, 3등 메달

대회비 25,000원

Balboa Amateur Mix & Match

As classic Balboa competition, aerial, jazz routine, shag is not preferable in the judging. An amateur dancer can register as a single dancer.

1.1. Online Video submission

온라인 대회 동영상 제출지침

온라인 대회 참가자는 영상 제출 지침에 따라 일정에 맞춰 주최자의 드롭박스 드라이브에 업로드 해야 한다.

대회 동영상 제출 기한- 11월 16일 오후 12시까지

동영상 촬영 지침

해상도 720dpi 이상으로 카메라 앵글을 변경하지 않고 별도의 편집 없이 제출한다.
모든 동영상은 가로로 길게 찍어야 한다.
동영상을 찍을때 스튜디오 안의 조명이 적절한지, 어둡지 않은지 잘 확인해야 하고 음악의 싱크가 잘 맞아야 한다.

All participants of Online competitions should submit their video according to Video Submission instruction and due date. All video shall upload at the Dropbox drive of KBW2020. After the registration, the competition fee is not refundable.

Video submission due date - November 16th, 12 pm

VIDEO Recording instruction

The video should be recorded over 720dpi at least. The angle of the camera shouldn't change and the video shouldn't edit at all. So please check the proper light in the studio and check the sync of music.

1.2. Music for Online Comptition

온라인 대회 음악

발스윙 쇼케이스(Bal-Swing Showcase)를 제외한 대회 음악리스트가 각 대회 부문 별로 사전에 공개되어 리스트 안에서 참가자가 선택한다.

온라인 대회 음악은 발보아에 적당한 스윙재즈 안에서 결정되며, 사전 테스트를 통해 유투브와 온라인 스트림에 문제가 없는지 확인한 후 공개된다.
발스윙 쇼케이스의 경우, 참가자가 스윙재즈의 범주 안에서 자유롭게 선택한다.

대회 영상의 길이

발보아 오픈 스트릭틀리, 아마추어 스트릭틀리, 프로암 스트릭틀리의 경우 1분 30초에서 40초까지의 길이
발스윙 쇼케이스의 경우 1분30초에서 2분 이내의 루틴으로 제작

Except for BalSwing Showcase, all competition songs lease in advance and the competitors shall choose two songs. One is primary and another is secondary.

Online competition songs are balboa tuned classic swing jazz. The organizer releases the song after checking the availability of online streaming.

VIDEO Recording instruction

Balboa Open Strictly, Amateur strictly, Pro-Am strictly are within 1min 30 sec to 40 sec.
Bal-Swing Showcase is within 1min 30 sec to 2 min.

1. KBW2020 온라인 대회 음악리스트는 소셜미디어 스트리밍 가능 여부를 확인한 리스트입니다. 모든 대회 음악은 리스트의 곡명과 연주자가 동일한 버전이어야 합니다.

2. 제한된 곡 리스트로 인해, 한 곡 당 최대 2팀이 사용할 수 있습니다.

1. All competition songs of KBW2020 online competitions were confirmed about the streaming of social media. All competitors' songs should be the same as in the list of song names and players.

2. Due to the limited songs list, max. two competitors can choose one song.
